Industrial solutions
Industrial sandblasting
Prepare the surface for a reliable coating bond.
We assess the material, its condition and the next treatment to define the right approach.
Protection starts with the substrate.
We provide industrial sandblasting to remove rust, old paint and deteriorated layers, preparing surfaces for protective treatments.
Oxidation, residue and loose coatings can undermine adhesion. Sandblasting removes unwanted surface layers and creates a profile suited to the coating system. Oil and grease contamination requires specific cleaning before treatment.
When industrial sandblasting is used.
01
Before repainting
Removes deteriorated coatings and prepares the substrate for a new system.
02
Corrosion control
Removes oxidation products and prepares metal surfaces for corrosion protection.
03
Before coatings and waterproofing
Where specified by the application system, it helps create a substrate suitable for adhesion.
04
Structure and plant maintenance
Treats degraded surfaces as part of a recovery and protection programme.
From survey to follow-on treatment
A treatment defined by the surface.
Abrasive media and process settings depend on the material, initial condition and required preparation grade. We assess suitability case by case, including steelwork, metal structures, tanks, access and dust containment.
Before work begins, we define the scope, preparation and protection for nearby areas. Afterwards, we remove residue and check the surface for the next treatment, which should be scheduled to prevent renewed contamination or oxidation.
Need to prepare an industrial surface?
Tell us the material, its current condition and the result you need. A site survey helps us define the method and timing.
