Waterproofing solutions for industrial surfaces

We work on existing industrial roofs and surfaces. Each case is assessed according to the substrate, the condition of the surface and the operational requirements of the site.

Industrial roofs

Flat and curved roofs on factories and warehouses with leaks or signs of deterioration.

Flat and curved roofs on manufacturing and logistics buildings.

The solution is defined after inspecting the existing surface.

Sheet-metal roofs, rooflights and complex details

Overlaps, fixings, rooflights and junctions with chimneys and equipment: the areas where water most often finds a way through.

Leaks at overlaps, fixings and junctions.

The treatment of details is assessed case by case during the site survey.

Roofs with solar panels

Roofs with an existing installation and leaks beneath or around the panels.

Leaks beneath or around panels and their fixings.

How the work can be carried out with the panels in place.

work with panels in place to be confirmed

Existing membranes and roofs

Cracked or detached bituminous or synthetic waterproofing membranes that can be refurbished where conditions allow.

Membranes with cracks, detachment or open overlaps.

Refurbishment of the membrane is considered where the condition of the surface allows it.

Car parks and vehicle-bearing surfaces

Rooftop car parks, ramps and yards used by vehicles.

Leaks into the levels below and wear on the traffic-bearing surface.

Type of finish and timescale for reopening to traffic.

Silos, basins and containment surfaces

Roofs of silos and tanks, basins and other containment surfaces.

Surfaces exposed to the weather or in contact with liquids.

Compatibility with the contents and the intended use of the structure.

Can’t find your surface type? Describe it in your enquiry: we’ll assess it during the site survey.

Work designed for industrial surfaces

Spray technology enables continuous coatings even on complex shapes and details. The solution is defined according to the substrate and site conditions.

Continuous coating

The coating forms a continuous layer, without joints that need treating as discontinuities.

Suitable for complex details

Spray technology can reach intricate shapes, rooflights, curves and difficult areas, subject to assessment of the substrate.

Work on the existing substrate

Where the condition of the surface allows it, the project can make use of the existing roof and limit invasive work.

Direct management of the work

The service is delivered using our own personnel and equipment, from site survey to handover.

To be confirmed

Every surface needs an assessment

This is not a standard application. The site survey establishes the substrate, surface condition, construction details, preparation required and operational constraints.

Site survey and surface inspection

A technician accesses the roof and checks the substrate, surface condition and construction details.

02

Defining the work

The preparation required, surfaces to be treated and operational constraints of the site are defined.

03

Preparation and application

The substrate is prepared and the coating is spray-applied.

See the difference on an industrial roof

The comparison shows a roof before and after waterproofing work. Each project is assessed according to the specific condition of the surface.
