Elastopower is a contractor specialising in spray-applied waterproofing for roofs and surfaces. We work mainly on factories, warehouses, plants and infrastructure, where a leaking roof means downtime, damage and costs.
Every job starts with what is already there: sheet metal, waterproofing membrane, concrete or fibre cement. We assess the substrate on site and define the work according to its condition and the site conditions.
The coating is applied over the existing roof, without demolition. From our base in Pesaro, we manage projects throughout Italy, prioritising the central and northern regions.

Site survey
A technician visits the roof or surface to be treated and gathers the information needed to assess it.
Substrate and site assessment
The type and condition of the substrate, access arrangements and critical areas of the structure are examined.
Defining the work
The assessment determines the surfaces, type of work and timescale.
Preparation and application
The substrate is prepared and the coating is spray-applied directly onto the existing surface.
Checks and handover
The work is checked and handed over to the client.
